Responsibilities of STC to Clients

Shinchoni (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has grown, expanding its business capabilities, generating profits, and expanding the company. We are committed to our responsibilities to business stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, employees, government agencies, and business partners.

  • After signing an agreement between STC and employer, STC will conduct the recruitment process and assess potential employees by skills, appropriateness, and employer’s requirement.

  • Before the qualified staffs are placed in your industry, STC will arrange orientation and training. In order to work more effectively as they will understand the rules, discipline, welfare and framework of their position in your organization.

  • The staff in STC’s uniform will be assigned with 7 days to your organization, and profile’s staff and other documents such as employee ID card, working evaluation form, record of time, etc. will be submitted accordingly.

  • We always monitor and control our staff to ensure that they comply with the rules of employer. Moreover, if there are more 50 staffs provided by STC working in your organization, we will send administrators who have experience in human resources management in order to flow the process between employer and employees and maintain the flow of business as a complimentary service.

  • In case of an inappropriate action or any infringement done by our staffs, the employer shall have the right to request for staffs’ changes by informing STC’s staffs. As a result, a new staff will be sent within 3 days.

  • In case of an overtime on working days and holidays including working on day offs, the employers have to pay the wage as per restricted by the law and calculating from the wage’s amount as stated in the agreement.

  • In case of STC’s staffs infringe any rule and regulation which causes the damage on employers, the employers have the right to ask for a compensation from STC based on the exact value of the damage or as per an agreement that has been made.

  • Hiring : If the employer is interested in using STC’s service, the hiring agreement has to be at least 6-12 months of hiring period.

    Layoff : If the layoff occurs by the end of agreement, the employers shall not be responsible for any compensation.

    However, if the layoff is caused by the reduction in production level or amount of workforce during an effective agreement, the action is taken based on the agreement between both parties
